Challenge
A $200M commercial builder was spending 12+ days on month-end close. Their finance team manually compiled data from Vista, multiple spreadsheets, and two legacy systems. Reports were consistently late, and project managers made decisions on data that was 3-4 weeks old.
Solution
We built an automated data pipeline that consolidates all financial data into a centralized reporting layer. Custom stored procedures handle intercompany eliminations, cost allocations, and WIP adjustments automatically. Real-time dashboards replaced the monthly report packages.
